If you have a complaint about a product you have received or about our service, please let us know by sending us a message via our Contact Form. Of course, we are also available for your remarks by telephone. Cellphone number available in the email signature.  

Returning a product

Do you want to return one or several products? Please read our Refund Policies first to find out whether your complaint qualifies for a return consignment. 

In general, return consignments are possible within 15 days after delivery. The products should be unopened and in their original packaging.
